Course Outline

In this four-part course, we will explore an effective sales technique for commercial new energy projects - the Feasibility First Method. Here’s what we’ll cover:

Session 1: Deeply understanding your customers needs (1 hour)

How often have you had customers request quotes for specific system sizes without them having a clear understanding of their actual needs and problems? This module will explore establishing the Feasibility First Method, starting with the discovery of customer problems.

Session 2: Matching solutions to customer needs (1 hour)

Leveraging Orkestra, you’ll learn how to explore hundreds of potential solutions before investing in technical design. The goal of this step is to quickly and easily find the best solution which meets the customers needs from a toolbox of service options.

Session 3: Communicating value to C&I customers (1 hour)

Commercial solar and batteries are often seen as a luxury item. Businesses must understand why your solutions are their best investment. This module covers speaking the customer’s language, using Orkestra to communicate value and build trust, and rapidly iterating to hone in on closing the deal.

Session 4: Pumping up project value (1 hour)

Learn how the combination of solar, batteries, tariffs, site adjustments, and finance can multiply project value for your customers benefit (and you). We’ll explore different strategies and "recipes" to dramatically enhance the value of solar and battery projects.

Cost

For a limited time we will be offering the course completely free of charge to both Orkestra customers and new users.
